This stunning villa with space, luxury and flair in mind. A large and superbly equipped kitchen has all you will need for eating in or entertaining guests. The dining area has a vast dining table and adjoins a well appointed living area with comfortable seating and a fire place. A dedicated laundry room contains washing machine and tumble drier. Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, both with en-suite bathrooms. On the first floor is the master bedroom suite with dressing room, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower and doors leading to a spacious balcony with private seating and sun bathing.
Outside the dining / living room is the sun terrace and pool area where you can sit, relax and enjoy views over the sea or swim in the salt water pool.
This really is the lap of luxury with space aplenty and privacy by the bucket load. Once you’ve had a taste of living here it’s more than likely you’ll want to return again and again and again.

The villa is located just on the outskirts of Markantonata approximately 10 minutes from the famous fishing port of Fiscardo where you will find shops, restaurants, ATM’s, bakery’s, bars and all sorts of activities. The village is a really picturesque place with traditional Venetian architecture and a constant stream of yachts entering and leaving. During the high season some of the biggest and most famous motor and sailing yachts visit providing constant entertainment and even the possibility of some celeb spotting.
If you prefer to avoid the hustle and bustle there are plenty of sleepy beaches and local taverna’s all within 15 minutes of the Villa.

Within 5 minutes drive
Emblisi beach is easily accessible, has great swimming and parking is close to the beach although it does get busy in July and August.
Kimilia beach is a hidden gem accessible only by boat or by foot by following a winding forest path. We recommend you take food and water as there are no facilities at the beach.
Dafnoudi beach with its crystal clear water is worth the 10-15 minute hike down from where you park. Of course you can also access the beach by boat. We recommend you take food and water as there are no facilities at the beach.

Foki beach is in a protected bay with a shady olive grove and a cave to swim to and explore as well as a taverna close-by.
Agia Jerusalem beach is a pebble beach with crystal clear water making for great paddling, swimming and if you like to snorkel it's worth swimming out to the rocks where you will find much more marine life than in the bay itself. In high season sun-beds are available for hire on the beach and there is a taverna serving traditional Greek food.
Alaties beach is small but perfectly formed where you can lap up the sunshine either on the beach itself or on the surrounding rocks. There’s good parking available and a beach bar serving food all day and into the evening where you can watch the sun set with a cocktail in hand.
