Passed down from generation to generation this newly renovated apartment now offers a modern and luxurious 3 bedroom holiday home just minutes walk from the centre of Fiskardo. Irini's Bayside Loft is for loving, living and lounging. Home to memories of summer holidays spent jumping off the pier, meandering through the cobble streets of Fiskardo, eating supper at one of the many tavernas and spending countless evenings star-gazing from the balcony.

Entering through the heart of the home you'll find a spacious, open plan, kitchen, dining and living area with double doors opening on to sea view balconies.

On the same level is the master bedroom with Queen size bed and en-suite, private balcony and a jacuzzi style bath-tub boasting views of the sea.

Upstairs is another Queen suite with en-suite bathroom and private sea-view balcony. There is also a twin bedroom with private balcony overlooking the bay as well as a separate family bathroom.

Outside is a shaded pergola area, perfect for al fresco dining or lounging while watching the boats drift by. Sun-beds and umbrellas are on a little pier (see photos) with direct access to the sea. Depending on CV-19, guests of Irini's may have shared use of a pool at a neighbouring property, please ask for more details.

"It’s rare that holiday accommodation completely exceeds your expectations. But this was our case with Irinis' Bayside loft. It was everything we hoped for on our Fiskardo holiday - and more. The professional and friendly service from Fern at IPS was faultless - we particularly appreciated the delicious local spread and wine there for us on arrival…as well as the mid-week cleaner.
The loft is spacious, light and beautifully set up by its Interior Designer owner, so comfortable and an easy 5 min stroll into Fiskardo. The upstairs sofa and TV area was particularly useful for our teenage kids to have their own space.
Swimming from the Lofts' little private pier every morning, noon and night - and in between - was one of the many highlights on this incredible trip, whilst sitting out on the balcony with it’s stunning harbour and Ithaca views was the relaxation we needed.
We’re already planning our next trip and have recommended Irinis' to many, many friends looking for a little slice of Ionian heaven."

Irini's Bayside Loft is located within the famous fishing port of Fiskardo where you will find shops, restaurants, ATM’s, bakery’s, bars and all sorts of activities. The village is a really picturesque place with traditional Venetian architecture and a constant stream of yachts entering and leaving. During the high season some of the biggest and most famous motor and sailing yachts visit providing constant entertainment and even the possibility of some celeb spotting.

If you prefer to avoid the hustle and bustle there are plenty of sleepy beaches and local taverna’s all within 15 minutes of the apartment.

Swim off the pier located just below the property to Zavalata beach.

Within 5 minutes drive

Foki beach is in a protected bay with a shady olive grove and a cave to swim to and explore as well as a taverna close-by.

Emblisi beach is easily accessible, has great swimming and parking is close to the beach although it does get busy in July and August.

Within 10 minutes drive

Kimilia beach is a hidden gem accessible only by boat or by foot by following a winding forest path. We recommend you take food and water as there are no facilities at the beach.

Dafnoudi beach with its crystal clear water is worth the 10-15 minute hike down from where you park. Of course you can also access the beach by boat. We recommend you take food and water as there are no facilities at the beach.

Within 15 minutes drive

Agia Jerusalem beach is a pebble beach with crystal clear water making for great paddling, swimming and if you like to snorkel it's worth swimming out to the rocks where you will find much more marine life than in the bay itself. In high season sun-beds are available for hire on the beach and there is a taverna serving traditional Greek food.

Alaties beach is small but perfectly formed where you can lap up the sunshine either on the beach itself or on the surrounding rocks. There’s good parking available and a beach bar serving food all day and into the evening where you can watch the sun set with a cocktail in hand.
