This country style villa which is divided into a ground and first floor apartment, is available to rent as a ground floor apartment only or as an entire property. It is not possible to rent the upper apartment alone.
Ground floor apartment
There are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, as well as a separate family bathroom. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area has doors leading onto a covered terrace with table and chairs for dining. Beyond the terrace is the pool area which is shared with the first floor apartment. Guests will have access to the ground floor only.
As a whole
Guests will have access to both ground and first floor apartments, each having well equipped kitchens and open plan living areas. The first floor apartment has a balcony leading off the living area overlooking the pool and terrace and onwards over the Ionian sea.
As a whole the property has 5 air conditioned bedrooms (3 ground floor, 2 first floor) and 3 bathrooms (2 ground floor with one en-suite and one further bathroom on the first floor).
Outside the large terrace has plenty of room for sun bathing and a lovely pool surrounded by well kept and mature gardens. The surrounding open countryside gives way to views to the south and west out over the Ionian sea.
Whether taking the whole property or just the ground floor apartment you’ll enjoy peace and quiet in this rural location with its stunning sea and sunset views.

Nearby
It is a 15 minute drive from Heleni's House into Fiskardo where there is a large choice of tavernas and restaurants serving local specialties as well as a number of bars where you can sit and watch the boats come into the harbour. The harbour is lined with small shops and boutiques as well as ATMs, two bakeries, supermarkets, chemist, chandler and the Fiskardo Dive Centre for those wishing to adventure beneath the waves.
The village of Magganos is a 5 minute drive and has two small supermarkets with fresh bread daily and a good selection of fruit and veg and other daily staples in the two supermarkets.
Beaches we like to visit
Within 5 minutes drive
Agia Jerusalem beach is a pebble beach with crystal clear water making for great paddling and swimming. In high season there are sun-beds for rent on the beach and there is a taverna serving traditional Greek food.
Alaties beach is small but perfectly formed where you can lap up the sunshine either on the beach itself or on the surrounding rocks. There’s good parking available and a beach bar serving food all day and into the evening where you can watch the sun set with a cocktail in hand.
Within 15 minutes drive
Foki beach is in a protected bay with a shady olive grove and a cave to swim to and explore as well as a taverna close-by.
Emblisi beach is easily accessible, has great swimming and parking is close to the beach although it does get busy in July and August.
Kimilia beach is a hidden gem accessible only by boat or by foot by following a winding forest path. We recommend you take food and water as there are no facilities at the beach.
Dafnoudi beach with its crystal clear water is worth the 10-15 minute hike down from where you park. Of course you can also access the beach by boat. We recommend you take food and water as there are no facilities at the beach.
