This traditional 3-level stone house - built in 2008 by the previous Greek owner - has been finished to very high specifications and is decorated tastefully in neutral colours throughout. The first floor comprises the main open plan living area with sitting room and kitchen. Doors open out on to a dining area with a table seating 8 comfortably. Here one can enjoy wonderful meals looking out over the forest to the sea beyond, on those perfect warm summer evenings. There are also 2 double bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the first floor. One room has spectacular views, and both have doors leading out to a 'wrap around' terrace joining the outdoor dining area.

On the second floor the Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a large terrace with 2 stone benches. Sitting here with a glass of wine in the early evening, looking out towards Lefkada and the mountains of Greece beyond, is heavenly!

On the ground floor a new bedroom and large ensuite bathroom have been recently built. This is a cool, private room, with direct access to the pool area and with its own entrance. Next to it is a separate 'storage' room, with cupboards and drawers for guests to use and plenty of space for suitcases. Please note there is an extra fee per night to use the ground floor bedroom, see prices below.

Surrounded by pine, olive and cypress forest, the villa has far reaching views to Ithaca, Lefkada and beyond to Meganisi and the mainland. Antipata is home to a traditional Greek restaurant and a small shop, very conveniently situated only a 5 minute walk away, and walking to the beach is a lovely amble down an old country road then forest, only 20 minutes from the villa.
