FAQs

How to book?
Send us an email via the Enquiry Form, fill in the details and send. We will get back to you asap to let you know if the property is available for the dates you require together with the price for the duration.
How to pay?
You can pay either via Bank Transfer or PayPal or if you would like to pay with a credit card we use a secure platform called Stripe.com
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when we have received a 15% or 30% (dependant on property) non-refundable deposit to secure the dates you require. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address as soon as your booking is confirmed. The balance for your booking will be due six or eight (dependant on property) weeks prior to your arrival date.
What other information do I need to submit?
We will need to know the 'lead' name of your group together with their passport number. It is required by law for IPS to have this information. To find out more please contact us.
What if I need to change my dates?
We will always try to help you re-arrange your dates as we know how important your holiday is. Please contact us if you need to make a change.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
The 15% (or 30%) booking deposit is non-refundable.  Cancellation prior to 7 (seven) weeks results in loss of booking deposit.  Cancellation between 7 (seven) weeks and 2 (two) weeks of arrival 60% of balance is lost.  Cancellation 2 (two) weeks prior to arrival results in 100% of balance being lost.  No shows on arrival date 100% of balance lost.  Once reservations have been confirmed, all monies are committed to the rental. Refunds are only available if the property is determined by the owners/managing agents to be un-rentable due to some unforeseen circumstances.

What do I do if I have a problem during my stay?
If you need assistance during your holiday please check the details given in the documents at your property. If you cannot find the solution there, contact us and one of the IPS team will be able to assist. IPS offer 24hr call out assistance.

Can I hire a cot or extra beds?
Yes you can, at a reasonable cost. Prices are available on request. Please email us and we will endeavour to meet your needs.
Can you recommend a car hire company?
We don't recommend car hire companies as experiences vary but there are many car hire companies on the island. Based on our clients feedback we've heard good things about Autochoicecarrental.gr and Pefanis .
Can you organise airport transfer to our property?
Yes we can. Please email us and we will endeavour to meet your needs.
