For clarity, although the names are very similar, IPS Greece UK (.com) and IPS Property Management (.gr) are separate businesses and are not affiliated companies.

IPS Greece UK is a UK-registered company specialising in holiday rentals, bookings and guest services.

IPS Property Management is a Greek-registered property-management company providing local property care and maintenance services in Kefalonia.

Richard Wagstaffe is a director of both companies, which enables the two businesses to work closely together while remaining separate legal entities.
