Villa Selene | Sleeps 4 | from £1,610.00 per week
A contemporary holiday villa with sweeping views across the Ionian Sea, just a short drive from Fiskardo.
Perched on a hillside, Villa Selene enjoys spectacular panoramic views over the bay of Fiskardo, stretching out towards the islands of Ithaca, Meganisi and Lefkas. Spend hours watching the boats drift in and out of the harbour as the ever-changing seascape unfolds before you.

Inside, the villa features a light-filled open-plan living and dining area, alongside a modern, fully equipped kitchen with patio doors opening onto covered terraces. The stylish living space flows out to generous balconies, including a shaded dining terrace overlooking the pool — perfect for relaxed alfresco meals.

Beautifully designed with a calm, contemporary aesthetic, Villa Selene offers both comfort and understated elegance, creating a true home-from-home atmosphere. Upstairs, a staircase leads to two bedrooms — one double and one twin — each with a modern shower room and private sea-facing balcony.

The private pool terrace makes the most of the breathtaking setting. Wake early to watch the sunrise over Ithaca and unwind in the evening with glimpses of the sunset. Spend lazy days in the hammocks, soaking up the tranquillity as yachts dot the deep blue Ionian Sea below.

Guest reviews
"We had a wonderful stay. What an amazing location with outstanding views. We were extremely comfortable, and had an excellent week of people/boat watching in Fiscardo, walking the trails, visiting Assos, eating lovely meals and enjoying our terrace and pool and the views".

"Just returned from my happy place and have to share how amazing it was. Kefalonia has my heart, stunning beauty, fabulous food, gorgeous people and most importantly peace and quiet. I wouldn't stay anywhere else other than an IPSGreece villa, always sparkling clean, fantastic locations and really comfortable. The team at IPS are unbelievably accommodating and on hand for your every need. Ultimate professionals but in the most relaxed manner they make you feel like old friends. Already dreaming of my next trip".

Beaches we like to visit
Within 5 minutes drive
Foki beach is a few minutes away by car. The beach is in a protected bay with a shady olive grove and a cave to swim to and explore as well as a taverna close-by.

Within 15 minutes drive
Agia Jerusalem beach is a pebble beach with crystal clear water making for great paddling, swimming and if you like to snorkel it's worth swimming out to the rocks where you will find much more marine life than in the bay itself. In high season sun-beds are available for hire on the beach and there is a taverna serving traditional Greek food.

Alaties beach is small but perfectly formed where you can lap up the sunshine either on the beach itself or on the surrounding rocks. There’s good parking available and a beach bar serving food all day and into the evening where you can watch the sun set with a cocktail in hand.

Emblissi beach just outside of Fiskardo is easily accessible, has great swimming, wonderful views across to Lefkas and Meganisi. There's good parking although it does get busy in July and August.
Kimilia beach is a hidden gem accessible only by boat or by foot by following a winding forest path. We recommend you take food and as there are no facilities at the beach.
Dafnoudi beach with its crystal clear water is worth the 10-15 minute hike down from where you park. Of course you can also access the beach by boat. We recommend you take food and water as there are no facilities at the beach.
